Some schools have already had the opportunity to see Am Partaidh Purpaidh on stage when the theatre-in-education company, Meanbh-chuileag called on them in June.

We hope that the plays will be a useful resource when trying to encourage drama, talk and reading for pleasure in the classroom, as recommended in the Curriculum for Excellence.  It is hoped that they will be of use to pupils who have some problems understanding the stories themselves and that they generally bring pleasure to pupils who want to look at Gaelic literature in its various forms.

It would be useful to hear your comments on the plays.
