Eadar Dà Sgeul should be in schools by now and we hope that pupils at all levels in secondary school will enjoy the wide range of stories in the collection.
In order to foster an interest in Gaelic literature, we have created downloadable worksheets based on the stories in the book. The work pack contains a range of materials for Gaelic learners and fluent speakers, together with teachers’ notes. We hope that the resources will be of use in schools and that they will encourage an appreciation and understanding of Gaelic literature amongst secondary pupils.
We now have some of the short stories from Eadar Dà Sgeul available as downloadable or streaming audio files. A selection of them are read by the authors.
Seven of the stories have now been made into drama scripts, six of them written by Donald John MacIver and one by Angus John MacDonald.
